Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/servicing-aristocracy-controller Y'all will put in a service request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices under your console. Change the category to Accessories and so under select consequence blazon select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair social club.

My Elite controller was bought used off of amazon, and then is in that location whatsoever way i can ship it in and pay to accept it repaired?

I'k on my second aristocracy.

Safe grips just started peeling on this 1 as well. Really, really bad considering the cost.
